Opening in the Fall 2009,The Village at Fairview will be the regional shopping,dining and entertainment destination in Collin County. Located at US 75 and Stacy In Fairview Texas . A list of just some the stores . The 181-acre mixed-use development is located in Allen, Texas at the southeast corner of Stacy Road and US 75. The Village at Allen will feature 1,000,000 square feet of retail, consisting of big box tenants, specialty shops and restaurants. It will also include a 6,275 seat event center, 500,000 square feet of office space and a 220-room hotel and conference center.
